The first session takes around 90 min., giving us enough time to start with a thorough conversation. You will talk me through what brings you to me and what you want to change. I will take a look at your feet and will get an impression of your overall condition. Where is your body overstrained, where is it blocked, where does it lack energy. I will ask you questions about your health and habits. We will agree on a goal and begin to investigate what stands between you and that goal.
Afterwards, with specific touch and verbal instructions, i will support you to raise your body attention and to feel step by step how your body reacts in certain situations. It is not necessarily about understanding or interpreting what you are feeling, but more about immediately and intuitively experiencing your body.
