The first session<\/h1>\n

The first session takes around 90 min., giving us enough time to start with a thorough conversation. You will talk me through what brings you to me and what you want to change. I will take a look at your feet and will get an impression of your overall condition. Where is your body overstrained, where is it blocked, where does it lack energy. I will ask you questions about your health and habits. We will agree on a goal and begin to investigate what stands between you and that goal.

Afterwards, with specific touch and verbal instructions, i will support you to raise your body attention and to feel step by step how your body reacts in certain situations.
